EPA Looks to 'Green Infrastructure' Solutions to Flooding

EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson talked about water degradation caused by flooding, storm water and sanitary sewer overflows. In a written statement, the EPA said it is "in the process of developing a comprehensive strategy for incorporating green infrastructure more broadly into our clean water rules."
